Sarah Alice Lee trained as a Stott Pilates teacher in 2017. After years of teaching Yoga, Sarah wanted to learn about and incorporate the techniques used in Pilates to help the body recover after injury and trauma. After having her daughter in 2020 Sarah initially focused on Pilates to restore the stability of her core and regain her pre-pregnancy level of fitness. Sarah combines her love for movement with her in-depth knowledge of anatomy to create classes that both stimulate the body, and calm the mind.

A lover of nature and avid Nordic walker.
I have had a successful career as an outdoor instructor for 15 years .
In 2016 I unfortunately contracted Lyme disease, this had a huge impact on my life and body but it also started my wellbeing journey.

After taking pilates classes for many years, I retrained as a classical Pilates instructor in 2017.
I found Pilates a huge help in my recovery and want to pass on my knowledge to others.
