Fire & Ice
Relax, recover, and recharge with the perfect balance of heat and cold. The infrared sauna delivers deep, soothing warmth that melts away tension, promotes detoxification, and relieves muscle aches, making it a calming experience on its own. Pair it with the invigorating power of an ice bath, which reduces inflammation, boosts circulation, and strengthens your resilience, and you get the ultimate mind-body reset.
Why Infrared sauna?
Infrared heat is one of the most natural and effective ways to warm the body, promote healing, and enhance overall well-being. Unlike traditional saunas that simply heat the air around you, infrared saunas use light waves to penetrate deep into your skin, muscles, and joints, providing a therapeutic experience beyond surface-level warmth.
Infrared light is the same kind of warmth you feel from the sun or a cosy fire, it’s the gentle, life-giving heat that everything in nature needs to thrive.

Why an ice bath?
Ice bath therapy, also known as cold water immersion, is a powerful tool for recovery, resilience, and overall well-being. By exposing the body to extreme cold, you trigger a series of physiological responses that reduce inflammation, boost circulation, strengthen immunity, and improve mental clarity.
Stepping into an ice bath activates the body's natural healing mechanisms by forcing blood vessels to constrict and then dilate when you warm up again. This process flushes out toxins, delivers oxygen-rich blood to muscles and organs, and accelerates recovery.
What to Expect During Your Session
- Duration: A typical session lasts 20-30 minutes. For beginners, start with shorter sessions and gradually increase your time.
- Temperature: Infrared saunas operate at a lower temperature than traditional saunas, usually between 45–60°C, making them more comfortable for many people.
- Experience: You’ll feel warm and relaxed as your body heats up. Most clients feel deeply rejuvenated and calm by the end of the session.
How to Prepare for Your Infrared Sauna Session
- Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before and after your session. Sweating in the sauna can lead to dehydration.
- Wear Comfortable Clothing: You can wear swimwear, a towel, or light clothing.
- Avoid Heavy Meals: Try not to eat a heavy meal right before your session.
- Shower: We recommend a quick shower before your session to remove oils and impurities from your skin.
- Towel: We provide towels, but feel free to bring your own.
Tips for an Optimal Infrared Sauna Experience
- Start Slow: If you're new to infrared saunas, start with shorter sessions and gradually increase as your body adapts to the heat.
- Rest: Take breaks if you feel overheated or lightheaded.
- Post-Session: After your session, drink water to rehydrate and help flush out toxins.
Contraindications and Considerations
- If you are pregnant, have heart conditions, high blood pressure, or other health concerns, consult with your doctor before using the sauna
- Avoid using the sauna after heavy exercise as it may overtax your body.
How Infrared Works in the Body
Infrared waves heat the body directly, raising core temperature, which stimulates circulation, detoxifies the body, and promotes deep relaxation. Different wavelengths of infrared light provide unique benefits:
Far Infrared
The foundational infrared wavelength of 9.4 microns is the only FIR heater clinically shown to raise core body temperature by 3°C, as it is absorbed by water cells, activates sweat glands for deep detoxifying sweat, energizes and revitalizes without draining heat, and offers 95-99% emissivity for maximum absorption and bioavailable wavelengths.

Mid Infrared
Our 3-in-1 heater, featuring patented heating technology, delivers at peak wavelengths (5 to 6.7 microns), activating water cells and hormesis while efficiently contributing heat.
Nir Infrared
The mPulse is the world’s only sauna with LED near-infrared (NIR) and red light, delivering a bioavailable 880nm wavelength that activates mitochondria, regenerates cells, reduces inflammation and pain, accelerates wound healing, increases collagen and elastin production, and contributes heat in the Amplify Full Spectrum system.
